These are some pictures that were taken when setting the camera up for filming in a darker environment. This shows a variation of lighting that we will be able to achieve using the camera and varying the iso and the exposure.
avoid a grainy picture which is common using camcorder style video cameras in low-key lighting.
We felt that this lighting was a little too bright, so adjusted accordingly. The light at the far left, behind the curtain,is to envisage the possibility of placing a lamp on the roof outside, coming through cracks in the curtains, making it akin to moonlight- images of the affect are on the pitch presentation.
The use of reflection will be very helpful in the capturing of light.
Next we had to try to find lighting which would show the blue of the eyes, as this is very important for the flow and concept of the piece. The first image was far too bright, so we used a dimmer light, which did acheive the desired affect- it shows the eye colour. (The image was warped on upload.)

We also figured out the layout we will use in the room, and placement of objects etc. This planning is vital in order to avoid running out of time.
